With great honor, the Macedonian Association for Rare Diseases is organizing the 11th Congress on Rare Diseases in Southeast Europe, which will be held from May 7 to 9, 2026, at Hotel Granit, Ohrid, Republic of North Macedonia.
This significant and now-traditional event is a leading regional platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and the latest scientific and medical advances in the field of rare diseases. Under the motto „Кон персонализирана медицина“ (Towards Personalized Medicine), the congress brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, patient organizations, and all stakeholders with a common goal – to improve diagnostics, treatment, and the quality of life for patients.

We are pleased to announce that registration for the congress is officially closed, with over 300 registered participants. This exceptional interest confirms the importance of the topic and the need for continuous education and collaboration in the field of rare diseases.
🏛️ Accreditation and Participation
The Congress is officially accredited by the Medical Chamber of Macedonia, whereby:
- Active participants receive 20 points
- Passive participants receive 12 points
Participation is free for all pre-registered participants, with mandatory attendance logging in accordance with the prescribed standards.
